I've stayed at this hotel many times when I come to Towson and see many negative comments but here is my unbiased report: it is not a luxury hotel, it is an older hotel, and the amenities are basic. However, the staff is friendly and will do their best to accommodate guests in ways that luxury hotels have not. The cleaning crew is amazing, especially the groundsmen that keep the facility free of debris. There is ample parking and no deposit fees are required to stay here. It is in a convenient location, and close to most popular venues/dining in the area. There is free breakfast and 24 hour access to coffee. If you need a quick place to sleep on your trip, this is the cheapest you will find in the area.
Our stay here is absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, we felt valued and taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
Front desk and staff were most helpful. They accommodated any and all concerns, albeit minimal. I would most certainly return. Recommended.
I stayed at the Comfort In and it was the best decision that I made. The price was extremely affordable. The staff was spectacular especially, Kat, who works at the Front Desk. She was very friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions with a pleasant smile. I was very pleased with the room that I stayed in. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The beds were soft and comfortable. I slept really peacefully and enjoyed the available options on the television. I will definitely stay there again, and have informed my friends and family members. Also, I would love to take the time out to make a special request that, Kat, gets recognized with a recognition bonus for going "above and beyond" the call of duty to ensure that my stay and experience was very positive.
